- Lập lịch bay theo mùa (Summer/Winter) và kế hoạch khai thác định kỳ căn cứ trên kế hoạch kinh doanh hằng năm.
- Quản trị lịch bay, lên phương án điều chỉnh theo yêu cầu đầu vào từ Thương mại hoặc các yếu tố khai thác khác.
- Chủ trì thực hiện, giám sát, báo cáo và kiến nghị công tác slot của Hãng.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí lập lịch bay hoặc điều hành khai thác tại hãng hàng không hoặc đơn vị tương đương.
- Đã từng tham gia xây dựng lịch bay mùa và xử lý tình huống phát sinh trong vận hành.
- Thành thạo công cụ lập lịch và các công cụ xử lý dữ liệu nâng cao.
- Hiểu rõ quy định slot, flight permit, hoạt động khai thác vận hành hãng hàng không.
- Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, báo cáo và đề xuất giải pháp.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop seasonal flight schedules (Summer/Winter) and periodic operational plans based on the annual business plan.
- Manage flight schedules and propose adjustments based on commercial requirements or other operational factors.
- Lead, monitor, report, and make recommendations regarding the airline’s slot management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3–5 years of experience in flight scheduling or operations management at an airline or equivalent organization.
- Experience in developing seasonal flight schedules and handling operational contingencies.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and advanced data processing tools.
- Thorough understanding of slot regulations, flight permits, and airline operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and solution-proposing skills.
